Carnegie Arts Center is a private 501c3 non-profit organization that is located in East Chicago, IN. Carnegie Arts Center in partnership with the city of East Chicago Redevelopment is renovating an historic Carnegie library into an arts center that plans to  include over 13,000 SF on two levels – a theatre, a gallery, recital or lecture space, a computer lab for film editing & animation classes, classroom space, a rehearsal/dance space, and more.
